The Swiss Wine Tasting on August 30 and 31, 2026—an unmissable event for wine professionals, connoisseurs, and curious novices alike to discover exceptional young releases alongside aged treasures from across Switzerland—returns to the Kunsthaus Zürich for its fifth edition. It is a fitting setting, for the country's finest wines are truly works of art in their own right, capable of evoking pure wonder.

Every year, Swiss artist Georges Wenger captures this spirit through his captivating collage art created specifically for the Swiss Wine Tasting. In 2025, he gave us a whimsical glimpse behind the scenes of what went down during the night between the Vintage and Grand Tastings. His corkscrews threw a wild party, reveling in a rare moment of freedom—no corks to pull, and oblivious as ever to the foils and wire hoods left behind.

We couldn't wait to see what Wenger would dream up for 2026. Our slight anxiety that Anna, Alessandro, and their colorful crew of quirky, bizarre, and mischievous companions would wake up with a brutal hangover after their summer night antics proved unfounded. As dawn breaks, they are all energized and ready for the main event, eager to uncork top-tier bottles from 150 exhibitors for 1,300 passionate guests.
