We are corking open sparkling wines that instantly turn the end of your workday into a true celebration! Surrounded by delicious bites in our vinoteca, we will present six reasons why Italian sparkling wine is currently taking off like a lowered Ferrari Testarossa. Speaking of Ferrari: naturally, bottle-fermented gems from the cellars of the Trentodoc icon of the same name will also sparkle in our tulip glasses as part of a comprehensive cross-section of the bel paese spumante scene. During the tasting, our experts will explain the differences between Prosecco, Franciacorta, and Trentodoc in a manner that is as accessible as it is entertaining.
