Three domains, two noble grape varieties, and one iconic region defined by subtle terroir differences. With Domaine Collotte, Domaine Joliet, and Domaine Louis Chenu et Filles, our collection welcomes exciting new additions straight from Burgundy. Their wines take us on a journey from Marsannay through Fixin down to Savigny-lès-Beaune, demonstrating the expressive range of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in conveying sense of place.

For the Collotte family, Marsannay has been both home and heartbeat for generations. Just a few kilometers away, Bénigne Joliet in Fixin dedicates his craftsmanship exclusively to the historic monopole Clos de la Perrière Premier Cru. Further south in the Côte de Beaune, sisters Caroline and Juliette Chenu carry on their family's heritage with finesse, bringing Savigny-lès-Beaune's diverse climats gracefully to life in the glass.

At this tasting, we will uncork a curated lineup from these new arrivals. Spanning from regional Bourgogne to top-tier Premier Cru, the selection charts a course across distinct terroirs and winemaking philosophies. Together, we'll discover the extraordinary nuance that Burgundy has to offer.
